The software designed specifically for the MCU520 and MCU520MV provides the following capabilities:

• Ability to configure the MCU with substation name, asset number and feeder names
• Facility to set the periodic reporting period of the MCU
• A page showing voltage, current and phase angles which allows the operator to check the system is correctly installed including making sure that the sensors are fitted the correct way around and that the sensors are fitted to the correct phase
• The ability to view all parameters being measured or calculated at a 1 second update rate
